Every now and again, ideally at least once every fortnight, have a day when you swicth off all your digital devices. No screentime at all. This means no game consoles, no laptop, tablet and phone. Just relax, go for a long walk if you can. Read a book, cook a meal. Engage in good old analogue pursuits.
We can only stay focused on work (or any other task) for so long. It is very important to schedule time for relaxing break activities like going to the gym or perhaps playing some video games with your friends.
